Lamb's Conduit Street Wins 'Great Street' Award

Recently awarded the title of 'Great Street' by The Academy of Urbanism - Lamb's Conduit Street is also home to a host of our favourite brands here at Cloth, including Oliver Spencer, Folk Clothing and new kid on the block - Universal Works.

This Mecca of menswear makes for a logical destination during our seasonal visits to London. However, when in town, whatever the purpose, we always make time for a visit to our favourite street.

Noted for its charm, friendly vibe and sense of community amongst it's custodians, the street is a shining example of the coming together of independent shopkeepers offering a destination of individuality. A welcome break from the humdrum of some of London's better know shopping stops. When next in the big city, go find it...

Stutterheim Raincoats

Stutterheim Raincoats

We welcome a new arrival to Cloth this season, Stutterheim Raincoats. Happening upon a old coat of his grandfathers, once a keen Swedish fisherman even during the wettest of conditions, Alexander Stutterheim set about creating a updated contemporary version of his fortunate discovery.

As Alexander puts it, “My idea was to make people smile in the rain, to embrace it instead of sticking fingers up at it.” His creation we believe is one of the best looking and practical raincoats on the market.
